I'm using ADA P6 at this moment. I had others but this is the one that give better results.:
I also have a Violet Lilly Pipe (Do!Aqua) that sends water in a diagonal way to the other side of the aquarium. Better with some hardscape but maybe worse with some carpet plants that doesn't like...
It's a great misconception to say changing to Lilly Pipes is only changing the way the aquarium looks and that it gives less power.
You should understand that, with a Lilly Pipe outflow, you don't have a narrow output but a wider one. That changes the way the water circulation is done in the...
Depends of the plant. What plants are you talking about?
Montecarlo seams to be very easy and quick to adapt, but others like Lobelia may take some weeks (doesn't mean that melts or dies, just take more time to adapt and have the normal under water color).
Pedro.
One thing i can say, they are doing heavy works there! I suppose they all need a good holiday after doing the tank.
I think it's supposed to end tomorrow!
Only in late April/May it'll be open for public.
Pedro.
Besides what was already said, good substrates makes planting much easy and depending on the grain size can keep the plants better in place and makes them attach better to the soil.
This is important for carpet plants mainly but good for all of them.l
Besides that, if you use EI on an aquarium...
Obviously not! Some of the best plants on the hobby and one entry in IAPLC?
But it also can mean that you guys don't have habit of participating in competitions but there can be some great aquascapers. Don't know... You should have some thought on thi, no?
Only bubbles, no whitespot. A really healthy animal... but in love :D
I hope that Rui (the shop owner) made arrangements for a female partner on the last days :p
BUT that won't solve the problem if he's got a CO2 addiction like James and Redsteveo are saying :jimlad:
The owner of my Aquascaping shop in Portugal asked to make a small video about this love story between a fish and a diffuser :-)
Hope you like it :-)
(might not be available on mobile devices due to soudtrack)
Don't really know if James is worried about this thread but the possible response should be number 1! It's a GREAT aquascape and gives a feeling of true healthy nature.
We should comment on the bad but also on the very good stuff he makes for aquascaping!
Really love it.
Number 2 ... can be a...
Sorry guys, i'm completely out on this subject of NA and Aquavas. Is Aquavas the new name for NA o another brand?
hummm.. I only have Eheim filters but know some people with ADA filters and that is "powerful", regarding the pump quality and the maintenance periods (>6 months or so) and with...
Ada Poland, video by Norbert Sabat...
Viktor, hope you don't mind it but we're watching good examples of stores :-)
Not about a shop but about a great work concept at GreenAqua
Talking about nice shops, do you guys mind if i put a video i made for my aquascaping shop in Portugal? I'm not the owner nor do i have any commercial intention (it's in Portugal!!!) but i think that it's a very good concept of shop (like other "ada style" shops we see by Viktor or in Poland...)
I was a little reticent to write here because being portuguese i certainly don't buy anything at TGM.
But i use to see their videos and the promotion of the owner seems to be far more important to them then the promotion to the store. I remember to find that very strange on the first videos...
Is this the fastest thread ever on UKAPs? :)
With this kind of contents? :banghead:
Truly speaking this thread is distracting "new posts" because i can't see any updates without visiting. Should i see a doctor? Is there any doctor out there? :oldman:
Talking about ADA ferts...
I used them until about one and half months ago (now with EI).
I always use ADA Powersand on my layouts, but on my last 300l layout after making tests every 15 days i got the conclusion that 2 month after the first day i had no more macros on water (lots of HM on the...
