I’ve got some wavy green and mini needle leaf, they are a cm or two underwater. They are doing well under high light. Importantly they get the full blast of filter outlet. Thus get good amount of CO2 and nutrients. Flow seems vital, buce and Anubis in more sluggish areas in my tank get GSA...

I would guess it would get ferts by water leaching through the rock. Can’t imagine riccardia needs much when growing in the air (C02 probably 650 ppm indoors). Main problem is keeping it damp. Check out James Wong for ideas on that front.... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Lovely colours. As above Staurogynae often doesn’t like the transition to under water life. It can grow well with CO2, make sure you add ferts too. I had it growing well in a tank with CO2, which then ran out, after about a week it had all melted. Good work. T Sent from my iPhone using...

I’ve got a 900 and am very pleased with the dimensions. Seems really “big” for a 90 cm tank. I’m running two externals a Ehime Classic and an Ehime Eco Pro, some how two moderate powered filters seemed better than one massive beast! There’s loads of room in the cabinet for whatever you choose...

I have two cats but never had any trouble with my open Osaka 240, it's glass sides are too tall for a cat to climb. Only had one Congo tetra jump out in a year of using my open top tank. I have a rimless, braceless nano and never had any fataleties from that.

I really like the idea of wabi/emergent/paludarium type thing. You can get really creative for very little money. After all WK is just mud, plants and a pot. It should be petty free style but on a budget.

Naturally I'm with Jase on the WK idea :lol: It's really quite challenging but not expensive :wink:

Nice to see some plant's in the wild. I went to Fraser Island, not many aquatic plants but did see some glosso like plants and mosses growing in crystal clear waters. You're mosses look beautiful - T
