    Hi, Is that a veiltail variation of Ancistrus cf. cirrhosus? Do you have any good closeup pics? They do have white edges to their fins & they can appear feathered or a little jagged-could be worth dropping into planet catfish with a pic or 2 & getting an opinion though if you're worried Regards...
