I'd go with salts straight into the tank, it makes adjustments easier (for me anyway) and you don't need to mix anything up in advance.

NO3 - 3/16(tsp) per 20 gallons
PO4 - 1/16(tsp) per 20 gallons
trace - 1/16(tsp) per 20 gallons
times everything by 3 to get what you need for your 60 gallons.
that'll give
NO3 - 9/16(tsp) per 60 gallons
PO4 - 3/16(tsp) per 60 gallons
trace - 3/16(tsp) per 60 gallons
or this could be...
go for it. why over complicate things though... you have alot of plants in your tank. if it was me I would start with the full EI dosing. How big is your tank?
are you sure you didn't select teaspoons rather than grams in the 'amount to add' radio buttons?
other than that I think your maths/understanding is right.
I would say that with a large tank you might be better off dosing dry salts. I find it easier to adjust. say for example your blyxa...

then 1/16 will be half the 1/8 teaspoon... I would think if you were going smaller than a 16th you...
