    Angels???

Do remember that if you adopt this method of doing a water change once every few weeks, this is of course the very reason why tanks adopt problems with algae etc.. I would still recommend at least one water change once a week no matter what your situation. Especially if you have plants etc. :-)...

    Leopoldi Angelfish ??

what other fish do you have? they are very aggressive in certain situations, if you have shrimp forget it. other small fish will get had silly too.. they are better in groups or in a pair. never get 3 as one will be singled out and bullied. they grow very very big s you need to be able to give...

    Cory laying on side, dying?

If your running co2 kit an air pump in for a few hours.. This happened to me so I know it's oxygen levels. Corys become more sensitive to oxygen levels.. Just try it and see what happens. What can u loose? :-) I have had exactly the same problem. Jack Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2

    Cory laying on side, dying?

My cories all did this and sadly died :-( I think the corys love a over oxygenated tank and if there is co2 they seem to suffer.. I don't know if u have co2 running though? Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2

    cycling a tank with fry...

ok I have ANOTHER question.. I figure the best place for a variety of answers to depict a decent outcome is to write it on here and start a small FRIENDLY debate... I am about 3 weeks into my fishless cycle and have plants snails and soils in etc.. my question of thought is: Im aware that I...

    Siamese Algae Eaters

In that not I have 4 nanos in my house.. Yup the Mrs hates me.. I obviously can't think about SAE's because of the size of tanks I have. They are all 27 litres. What would people recommend would be in THEIR own opinion, the best algae eater. U have 2 ottos in each as of today but they never seem...

    Snails

No they only bother with ones that they are proportionally able to eat. So there is a nice balance, they don't clean your tank very well so u need some snails in there. Assassin snails are like snail police keeping the numbers to a healthy size :-) they won't attack each other. They breed on...

    Snails

Yeah I mean I got loads in my tank but I keep it to a minimum because I purchased a couple of assassin snails They assassinate all the other snails ;-) Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 2

    Snails

Yea they breed like mad. I would imagine if you have one you have tonns.. there were probably eggs attached to your plants. Did you rinse them off before planting.? They will help clean the tank, but some like to eat leaves :-\ if you take a photo someone on here can identify it for you and...

    Snails

Is what you say true about assassin snails clean?? As I am led to believe that assassin snails are not very good at cleaning jobs, which is why its hard to decided whether or not to bu them.. they may eat your cleaning crew and then not clean themselves? lol that would be a nightmare!
  25. jack-rythm

    Snails

I'm not sure on strength of shell but I can truly vouch for the pond snails speed of breed! Jesus! I can't get rid of them. I think it's assassin snail time! I would send them your way but their just to small and too much hassle to pick out! Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2

    Certain fish without heating??

Hi everyone! Im looking into setting up a triptych nano scenario and was thinking about going for a non heated tank set up to reduce clutter and cost... I was wondering if people are aware of any fish that will survive happily in a nano tank in a lounge, so would be room temperature? I want...
