Can I make my anubias rhyzome grow from the other end?

You could release a few of the roots and slowly shuffle it about to the desired area. Or simply re attach with some cable tie and then cut off once its taken hold again.

Weeping moss is making me weep.

Take it out, place in a small tub and then just monitor it there. Ive had mosses die on me and now I keep around 10 tubs of mosses growing in the kitchen. Drives my wife mad :)

What tempreture is your tank? At the best of times I find that mosses melt down before picking up again.

    moss ball carpet?

Yes its possible. Ive done it before to create an instant covering on some pieces of wood. Bear in mind it doesnt grow much in a low tech tank, I would imagine in a high tech tank the moss will grow a little faster. SImply unroll it and then attach with some thread. I would advise using fishing...

    Sluggesh growth after rescape

Ive found the same issue, but LondonDragon told me to trim the hairgrass before planting it will promote growth. Im currently using a low tech tank, and have noticed it has taken about 8 weeks for it to send out green grass again. At one point I thought it had melted away and therefore I just...

    Acicularis 1st trim

I find trimming hairgrass is a 2 person job :) I siphon a tube close to it, and then snip away :) Siphon takes away the mess whilst doing a water change. I used to uproot hairgrass before replanting but not any more.

    Anubias gone wrong :(

Excllent! All I need is half teaspoon then. Would I douse this every other day? I assume one day feed and 1 day rest with a water change in between. The issue I have is that daily I do a water change for my discus. Its usually around 40l each day which is roughly a 25% change. Perhaps after...
