    My local garden centre sells 'Derbyshire stone' which resembles ada mini's, but big :) If its not the same, it looks farily similar, £3 each for some 15kg rocks aint bad going? :lol:

    How about good old marimo? Would take about 3 months to grow over any thread but the3 lowest maitanence ever and would give you a tight cushion

    :roll: i want to add a huge amount of slate to my tank, providing plenty of caves and retreats, its 600l aprox, and i want to add maybe 30 pieces of LARGE slate, so about £100 worth but i dont want to crack the base, and ideas if it will work ok?

    i have got a nice bit of oak that i have stripped down, it was hanging in a tree but it had broken off (tangled up) i have stripped it down and soaked it, is it ok to use? no signs of rot or anything.

    its nice, but to me, it looks a little bit to 'placed', none of the decor is touching, not very natural imo, but it could look nice once the spaces fill out with a nice carpet.
