I have started to grow my moss partially emersed, with about mm or two of water to keep moisture up and the results are far better then submersed. Trying it with some flame moss, hopefully it grows considerably.

Sounds right. Mine needs to be a carpet so fully submerged.

I condered the grasses and the likes, but more an more now I think Marsilea Hirsuta might be the best idea? Its the lazy mans Glosso? Unless someone can suggest a reason not to? Many Thanks

Marsilea Hirsuta seems to be my fave choice so far. Utricularia graminifolia is another mentioned but think it isnt as easy as others.

I always found it grew well for a few weeks, then died away. I did ask in here, and answer was it ran out of nutrients. So it isn't as low tech, well. Maybe too much light and not enough food.

Well picked some up this afternoon, hopefully sitting in the water hopefully encourage some growth. Looks pretty decent IMO.
