    lamp daylight light in egypt

    hey guys we have this type of light here in Egypt as a day light tell me if its ok to use it for a planted tank or no need for it + i might add 1 or 2 gru lux with it ,and plz in easy way tell me how to calculate my tank needs from the light :)
