12/16mm Lily pipe outlet recommendations

Hi
on the lookout for an outflow pipe that'll give me decent surface movement,but not a 'poppy' style one.
Maybe something similar to this Gush (which I think gives surface agitation)

I'm using the gush Opollen mini on a tank at the moment, positioned well gives good surface movement, cal Aqua Efflux f1 is also very good if you don't mind spending a bit more http://www.calaqualabs.com/Fluxus.html

I use the CalAqua in my nano tank. Works great, solid and nice but there's not that much science behind lily pipes IMO. Surface rippling and skimming can be achieved nearly with all the models...
