Is 20 watts enough for high light plants over a 25l tank?

What kind of lighting is it? T8 or T5? Also what are the dimensions of the tank? I suspect it'll be more than enough. I used to run 2x18w T8s over my 24x8x8" tank, but that was probably overkill.

Assuming good nutrients, then it's plenty.

I'm running a 25 litre nano as we speak with an 18w PC T5, daily TPN+ and Easycarbo. No CO2 injection.

One of the nicest, tightest carpets of glosso I've ever seen! No heater either.

Its a desk lamp but it is insanely bright.

Humm in which case its either a standard incandescent bulb or a small halogen bulb, which in either case wont be very efficient so may not be enough. I guess try and see?

it (or rather they) are halogens.
I have 4 though because they where £3 each so i stocked up and figured its cheaper than 1 proper light so worht a whirl
