I decided to go with the ecco pro 200 for my 64l which should hopefully be arriving today I am looking for advice on a couple of questions I have as i have never had an external filter before.
how should the filter be set up with media, should I set it up as eheim tell you to or is there a better way of doing this?
Also how should I go about changeover should I run this with my current internal filter for a period of time? which I'm wondering if this is going to be to much flow. Or do I put all media out of the internal into the ecco pro? I'm just concerned wether this will cause any issues with cycle as the tanks only been up and running for a couple months.
