Hi and happy thursday :)

I have had my 90 litre tank running for three weeks now, have been dosing easy carbo every day and profito every week, lighting is a tmc 1500 ND tile which is on 5 hours a day and only one plug at the moment until I get a controller. Plants are P. Erectus, S. Repens, Eleocharis "mini" and weeping moss and a couple of hydrocotyle sp. They are all doing well with new growth (if a little slow) with no algae at all....should I carry on as I am or should I go down the pressurised co2 route?

'If it's not broke, why fix it?'
I've had pretty good growth with L.Carbon & a decent all in one fert.
This plus lower light & no pressurised has given me more room to manoeuvre whilst learning to grow stuff.
Just an opinion.
On a side note, keep an eye out for possible deficiencies as Profito doesn't contain N & P.
What substrate are you using?

Nutrasoil topped with small grade gravel. I'm going to be using tropica's specialist fert when the profito runs out

I've been using pro fito until Wednesday. I've now changed to ei macro /micro as plants def had some deficiencies yellowing and the odd hole. also started off easy carb then changed to pressurised it made a huge difference to what I could keep growing that was dying before.:)

I agree with that.
Changing to pressurized is a choice and leads to a totally different schedule, including water changes and maintenance.
I run 3 tanks low tech and it can't be easier than that, no algae either so I wouldn't bother but if you want to experiment, just get another tank and set it up high tech :)
