Algea or nutrient deficiency

Hi, I'm wondering if the black on my staurogyne is algea or a nutrient deficiency.

Yes its affecting older leave only. Not seem the same on the rocks, but maybe it's just me.

Here is the spec of the tank:
  • Age of the tank: 3 months
  • Amoniac and Nitrite at zéro
  • Tank: 17 gallons
  • Filters: Ehiem 2215 (Seachem Matrix, eheim susbstrate pro and purigen) and Eheim 350 surface skimmer
  • Substrat: ADA Amazonia + power sand
  • Light: Chihiros 601 Serie A plus 7 h/day
  • Co2: Injected Co2 2.5 to 3 bubbles per seconds, open 4 h before light open and close 1 h before light close (The room if very bright)
  • GH 100-120 ppm (dGH 5-6) and KH 40-50 ppm (dKH 2)
  • Water change 50 % per week with tap water (my tap water GH 80 ppm and KH 50 ppm)
  • Fertilizer: Dry fertilizer (kno3, kh2pso4, k2so4, CSM+B) and Seachem Nitrogen + Seachem Flourish. Dosing 7 days a week and a mininum of:
    • Nitrate equivalent: 25 ppm per week.
    • Phosphate: 7 ppm + per week.
    • Potassium: 25 ppm + per week
    • Iron: 1 ppm + per week
  • Fully planted: Pogostemon, alternantera, staurogyn, Bacopa bonsai, hemianthus, ect;
  • Living: 10 danio galaxy, 15 amano shrimp and 2 otocinclus
