All pond solutions external filter?

I have got something very similar called the EF Boostser.

I think the model you are looking at was mentioned here:

I'm very happy with my HW603 (which I believe is an EF with the pump added), use it for quick hoovering of the larger particles in the tank (including snails, bits of plants etc.) - 3 mins of hoovering and 3 mins of cleaning the filter, it's quick and very effective.

I have one in this aquarium, 60 liters tank.I think about one more to be honest:)

I've used a total of 6 boosters, all of different sizes (latest APS don't sell yet ;)) and they've all been great.

You could do a lot worse for the money and APS are a good company to deal with if you have any warranty issues.

Ive had the 2000 l/h version running for 6 years now without any issues.. aps externals seem to get a bad rap on fb in most fish groups for some reason though

What size tank do you run yours on? Looking at this one to upgrade my 1000ef as it doesn't have much flow.

I had one, for 30l I'd say that's probably the upper limit for its capability, but depending on your bioload etc I daresay would work quite well.
