Could well be, Gadget is coming around to the idea now though that you can't allow platies to breed out of hand.
Anyway, update pic time as it's been about 14 days since I last pruned. I have however pruned the echinodorus red flame, echinodorus cordifolius 'marble queen' and my nymphae as they were cutting off the light from reaching the plants beneath them too much.
Need to prune that Mexican oakleaf again, not to mention the hygrophila difformis.
Pruned the jungle at the back a bit to give it more shape, and I've also planted a few echinodorus tenellus from project shrimp in the right front corner to fill the empty space:-
The ET should soon look better in this tank, as there is no CO2 and only sporadic fertilisation in project shrimp, where this tank has the full works.
