Any idea what this is on wood

I had a spare tank and some room so decided to start a simple shrimp breeding tank for CRS . Set up with fluval substrate sponge filters and spare bits of wood and rock . It’s been set up for about 2 weeks only live stock is 3/4 snails . GH is a bit on the high side TDS around 200 at the moment . Hoping to have it all cycled and balanced in a few weeks time but the wood has white whispy thread things over it . I’m used to Spiderwood developing the fungal stuff but I’ve never had this in any of my tanks . So anyone any ideas ?
