Anybody Used This?

Just mooching on eBay with the intention starting to collect bits for when I get a new tank and searched for "aquarium co2" and this turned up: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Aquarium-...pplies_Fish&hash=item25676f174f#ht_3269wt_808. Price seems almost too good to be true?

Does look very cheap indeed. I would worry about the quality though. I paid double that for my UP regulator from HK. The quality is nothing like my old JBL one, and the bubble rate is fairly erratic.

To be honest - that was my thought too! Have my eye on some regulators on eBay currently so with luck hope to grab a bargain.

I've just got a 2kg FE from firemart.co.uk. Was a refurbished unit and was £28.20 delivered next day. Was the cheapest I found online and it looks like new so would recommend them.

I was looking at the first one a while back as I'm going pressurized in the new year. But if its a bit cheap I might go for the second one.

I have a cheap aluminium needle valve regulator from China. It looks like the one from the pictures, but it is not combined with the solenoid and manometers.
It is real crap. Not possible to adjust any slow bubble rate. Very small movement on the adjusting knob releases vast amounts of CO2.
I would not buy this if I were in your place.

I know postage adds £20 but an overall £49 for a reg aint all that cheap. I would think it would have meet certain standards in order to be sold in the UK, so it should do the job.
