Hi, this is the first time I've grown oca (Oxalis tuberosa) and I harvested them yesterday. I think with the lush top grow and all the heavy rain washing the mounded soil away, that I missed the fact some tubers were poking out. Am I right in thinking that it's only potatoes that are unsafe to eat if they have green sun exposed parts? I didn't think other tubers were toxic if exposed to sunlight but just wanted to check. I'll probably keep the few that have slightly green tops for next year's crop assuming they are ok? Quite surprised by how well they did tbh, fun crop to grow.
Thanks in advance
