Hanna instruments are always a good call for accurate testing.
I've got the HI-98100 which I've not used enough but it seems there's also a HI-98107 out now, whether it's better or not I've no idea.
Look under parameters and just check PH

That said people also seem to buy the cheap ones and say results are just as good.

Tropica tools are good. Better than non branded ones I’ve found.

The only good non branded ones are the wide grip type tweezers for planting clumps of crypts and stems plants.

The curved scissors on aquarium Gardens are really good (actually aquavitro a Seachem brand).

Long term use worth investing in ADA, pretty much the standard. The scissors and tweezers are amazing.
