Hi all,
I've just set up a planted bowl with fluval aquasoil capped with sand. I'm dosing TNC lite ferts which is nitrate and phosphate free. My assumption being that the soil will already be leeching nitrates and I don't want to add too many before the bowl is more established.
Should I continue to use this Lite fertiliser and rely on the capped soil to provide nitrates and phosphates in the water column for the first few weeks or should I go straight to a complete fert?
Currently there are no fauna.
Thank you!
