Just thought I'd let everyone know. Not often you get superb service these days, but Arcadia are spot on. Bought a luminaire about 1.5 weeks ago - left support snapped last Saturday. E-mailed the online supplier and Arcadia Sunday. Received a real nice e-mail back from Arcadia at 0845 yesterday, Monday, morning asking for my address - received a pack of both supports this morning - 1st class post. Excellent customer service.
