The trip to aquajardin turned out to be more than expected when Biz (my wife for those of you who've met her) commented on the betta 8l nano tanks. Not wish to miss a trick I signed up for the PFK subscription offer and a TMC 8l microhabitat turned up a few weeks later. After another trip to aquajardin last weekend and this is her first effort at aquascaping.

I have to say, I'm rather jealous.

Five galaxy rasboras are acclimatising in my nano until this has cycled, and a few bi-colour snails.

Niiiiiiice !

Looks really deep, its going to look great when grown in. No shrimp?

Its not bad to be honest Steve, vast quantities of sponge which is a bit odd given that its pitched as a snail/shrimp tank. Could have made the media chamber smaller and tank slightly bigger. Pump it's all that quite for 320lph, but the flow is excellent.

All in all, I probably wouldn't pay £60 for one, but as a freebie I'm very happy with it :)
