Black interesting thing😠

I filled my tank, which I've been using dry start for 11 weeks, with water yesterday. Here's a new little problem what is this black sticky and interesting thing? How can I get rid of it?

Looks like a dark cyanobacteria to me, dealing with exactly this in my tank at the moment. Plenty of threads on how to deal with it, but its usually caused by low nitrates apparently.

I will take care of it. I think I should apply hydrogen peroxide.
