Can anyone explain if Bristlenose change colour? this fish I originally thought of as normal type now has mottled patches on it! seems fine and healthy.

Yes they can change colouration like this. The jury is to why this happens, in the wild they can do it to adapt to their surroundings (camouflage) or it could be stress related as mentioned. Long story short its a natural reaction.Can anyone explain if Bristlenose change colour?
