Brown patches on Amazon sword?

Hi Everyone

I have noticed lately that I have a few brown patches developing on my Amazon sword plants, i fert once a week and not adding co2 just yet but have ordered a naturat co2 system.

Any ideas what might be causing this?

Hi John

This is cause by a lack of fertz - you need to be adding fertz every day even if its only 1 mls of what ever you are using. At the begin of the week there is plenty of fertz within the water column, come the end of the week there is a shortage of fertz so your plants will suffer.
