Buce flower

After about a month of sitting as a bud my buce has eventually produced a flower.

Just supper happy so thought I’d share

Always good to see, when they flower, just a shame the flowers dont last longer

I was going to do a new thread but caught this 1.. looks amazing..
is it common accurance for them to flower ?
here's mine sold to me as bucephalandra lamandau sp purple.. not quite there
