can anyone recommend a good HOB filter, to run in a 55LTR tank.
Any advice would be grateful

You could check Aquael Versamax filters too, I run the FZN-1 model on my 45L.

I have an Aquaclear on my 30litre cube. Pretty basic, does the job very good quality.
