Can anyone recommend lighting for a 10 gallon?

I am in the process of setting up two 18" x 12" x 12" shrimp tanks. They're both inside the cupboard under my big tank so the light units don't have to be aesthetically pleasing at all. I plan to have mostly low-light stuff with just a couple of terracotta pots full of dwarf sag, nothing in the substrate at all, and a load of moss, ferns and anubias tied to the hardscape. Any recommendations for appropriate lighting? I want to avoid T5 because I'm thinking it would be overkill. I have a beamworks LED unit lighting my big tank, which I'm very pleased with, but I'm not looking to spend a lot on lighting these tanks in the cupboard. I'd prefer something that can clip onto the side of the tank, if at all possible.

Any and all advice will be appreciated.

I'm now looking for decent clip-on lights for small tanks that are for viewing fish only. Any ideas?
