Afraid it's a no to both of those. The first one is contains ammonia and the second contains the traces but they aren't chelated.

The best powder traces to use are the ones from Aqua Essentials - http://www.aquaessentials.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=145_146&products_id=546

For a moderate light low tech tank I'd be inclined to use something like Tropica Plant Nutrition Plus (TPN+) which is an all in one fertiliser - http://www.aquaessentials.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=208&products_id=1037.
