Choosing a c02 kit for my 200l

Hello just after a bit of advise. Looking it to buying a c02 kit so I can keep carpet plants in my aquarium. Which one is the best? And how long do the canisters last.

For a 200l tank you maybe better off buying parts separately as opposed to a kit. A 2kg fire extinguisher along with a reg, solonoid and needle valve maybe the cheaper option. Throw in a bubble counter, drop checker and some co2 tubing and your ready. You'll just need to decide on your diffuser choice.

How long a cylinder will last depends on a lot of things like injection rate required, photo period length along with your chosen diffusion method and your flow/distribution setup. Guess between 1-3 months on a 2kg cylinder maybe a little more if you are easy on the gas.
