Co2 diffuser size

I own a relative small tank about 60lt, I want to plant it and use pressurized co2.
I bought an in tank diffuser but by mistake I ordered the large one instead of the small one.
The price was about the same so I don't care about that.
I also don't care about the size, I think that even the large one is quite compact, so aesthetically no problem there.
My question is will I have any problem with this diffuser? Does it make any difference because of the size?

Also do I have to use some water inside the diffuser to make it like a bubble counter? Please see the second picture that shows exactly that.

Mini Membrane diameter 12m
Medium Membrane diameter 17m
Large Membrane diameter 24m

Well, this didn't go as planned :)
Maybe I over-analyze to much. I will throw them all in and lets hope for the best.

Hi
You don't put water inside the diffuser!
That diffuser was probably on a timer and had been switched off..... and water has seeped into the chamber!
Best if you soak the new diffuser in water for a few hours this will help to let the Co2 out!
