co2 inlarge tank

hello all . i have an 8ft planted tank i am dosing with ei salts now looking at adding co2. ive used co2 before to good results but on this scale its a head scratcher on wether to put 2 diffusers in or a venturi or a reactor .the system is sumped also but if i dump in sump would i loose much co2 in main tank?
