CO2 system leaking - am I being stupid?

Received the Sodastream dual regulator setup today and attempted to install it.

However when I open the knob highlighted I can hear Co2 escaping from there and none of it passes through to the aquarium at all?

Any thoughts?

Have you switched the Solenoid ON?
Or the needle valve or the bubble counter connections....may not be fully tightened!

Hi Hogan,

Yes the solenoids switched on, i've tightened the needle valve / regulator with spanners as instructed, the bubble counter is hand tightened onto the solenoid as it's plastic but is as tight as it can go.

Still leaking.

No co2 seems to pass through at all.

E-mailed CO2art yesterday but no reply as yet.

Frustrating :(

No dial is moving at all, they're sat at the current position on the dials :

Sound like the "O" rings which is a seal is missing from that needle valve. Remove the reg from the bottle and unscrew that needle valve - you should be two "O" rings.
