Coldwater plants

I've decided to buy the new Fluval Chi when it comes out in the autumn and thought I'd leave it cold water with just a few Long Finned Minnows. Plantwise, rather than try to plant it up, I'd just put a nice centre plant under the lighting and thought a Anubias barteri ''coffeefolia'' would look good 8) Now I've tried reading up on this plant, but temperature wise it just says that it should be kept at -30c, but would a cold water tank be suitable?

Temperature requirements on Tropica.com are 20 - 30 degrees C. I'm sure it will be fine in a tank inside a heated house.
