I have the hydor green nrg diy co2 set, this comes with an electric diffuser. I hardly ever see many bubbles coming out of this except after ive changed the sugar, yeast etc each week. Because of this im considering changing my diffuser. Im looking at getting this one http://www.aquaessentials.co.uk/index.p ... cts_id=647
does this need any electric motors etc or will the co2 from the diy canister just rise up the tubing from the tank cabinet into the tank and then through the diffuser?
Also, in my bubble counter, the solution in there used to be clear and i could see the bubbles rising from the bottom to the top, now the solution has turned a milky colour and i cannot see anything, what is wrong here? Do i need a new bubble counter? As i cant go pressurised as its too much money, if i added a pop bottle (filled it with fermentation mixture), could i used air valve taps (im not sur eof their name) to connect 2 supplies to one line? Or do i need to buy something specialised to do this?
Thanks
