Could I use this T5 bulb?

In my Fluval Roma 200, I have the original lighting fixture. Could I just replace the bulbs with these lights for example:

Are these lights above any good? If not, can anyone suggest any reasonibly priced T5 bulbs that are good for growing plants?

Yes, they are good. They are almost as good as the bulbs that cost 1/5th as much as these do.

As clive has said your plants don't care who your bulbs are made by, you can get them from an electric shop for a couple of quid. Colour temperature is just so you enjoy what your looking at. However, I'm yet to find a bulb that gives of the same light as the geisemann power chrome midday. Branded aquatic bulbs are generally a massive con.
