Ive had this Crypt for a while now and was planning to thin it out and sell some on but I’ve been asked what variety it is and I’m not sure. Just wondered if anyone has any thoughts on what type it could be?

Hi all,
Looks a bit like walkerii to me.
I wondered about both C. walkeri and C. beckettii, before plumping for C. wendtii "Brown". To be honest that was based on the "that is a common one, so it is likely to be it" principle, rather than any particular feature.

I'm not entirely sure how you could definitively tell without a flower.

cheers Darrel

Thanks all. I’ve had them for a number of years or they’ve grown on from ones I bought that long ago so I can’t remember exactly what I got.

I think Wendtii would be the most likely since that’s the most commonly available and I would only have picked them up from my LFS at the time.

Cheers again for your thoughts on this, appreciated.
