Hi

I have noticed that between the plants and on the monte carlo carpet there are alot of fish poo, rotten leaves, detritus in general and I was wondering if this is normal or if this was because my 3 month tank has not matured yet to break them down.

Does this cause trouble in the aquarium and if yes how do I get rid of it?

This is a picture of when I cause some turbulance near the substrate:

I would clean/suction it up, it's regular maintenance.

Your carpet is getting thick. You should monitor it and trim it before the lower part
rots with lack of light/getting too cramped. If it rots, you will have to spend time and effort
replanting the whole of it.
