Does 20mg/l test dropper liquid test for 20ppm?

I have a feeling this is a stupid question but it's been a long day haha. The type of fluid I am referring to is linked below.

I want to run my tank at 20ppm so was going to dilute 4dgh liquid with Di water to get a 15ppm fluid and aim for pale green but I think this liquid might be exactly what I'm looking for.

RO/Pure water weighs 1000g/l so 1mg/l is a thousandth of a thousandth, so 1 millionth.

20mg/l therefore will be 20 parts per million.
