Does Taiwan Moss attach?

As per the title - does Taiwan Moss actually attach to branches/rock? Mine just seems to be growing vertically.

Its a lot like weeping moss, It can find its own way, but i think you will have more success by finding it a crevice or sticking it down somewhere.

It will attach eventually but still grows the same way in long threads without bulking up in my experience.
