I used the good ol' Wikipedia; simplified and with exceptions frogs have wet, smooth skin and jump, toads have dry skin and normally 'walk'. I agree though he was a chubber :lol:
 
I think first post is a frog, the fluffy one is a toad... Possibly a new species as I have never seen a fluffy toad before ;)

Then again there is so much fluff behind our sofas that it would have looked more like a hamster :wideyed:
 
Hi all,
Here's my frog photo from a very warm night in the garden a few years ago, it could have been even better as when I shone the torch on them there were 4 frogs at 90o from each other, but 2 had "escaped" before the photo. I used to quite often find frogs in the bucket (it is always full of water as it is the only water the cat will drink), and had wondered why.
