drop checker solution green out of the bottle?

Just opened a new bottle of drop checker all in one solution, rather than blue this is a light green colour, I am guessing it's no good?

Hi Nick
Put some in your drop checker and leave it out the aquarium for a few hours!
If it turns blue, your good to put it in the aquarium.

no luck, stays green no matter what.

Not a problem as no livestock so can just pump the co2 in until new solution turns up, but what can cause the solution to go bad and stay green?

Pour some into glass etc and add some vinegar, if it doesn't go yellow, chuck it away.

I'll give it a go but I am going to bin it anyway, I have some more being delivered tomorrow.
