Which planted substrate?

Are you adding water column fertilizers?

I used the Tropica planted one.

Yes the tank is being fed using the Tnc complete which seems well reviewed.

(though I must admit to wanting to level out the sand in some areas and straightening that crooked Sword plant)

I quite liked the uneven sand, thought it was more ‘natural’ though duly noted about the sword.... that is now straight!

Just to clarify, Tropica Growth Substrate?

(As to the sand unevenness- I’ve just watched too many videos now that promote a straight front edge along the glass ... I usually even things up fairly well, then allow the filter current to creat dips and hollows )

This is looking like a cracking start. Have you got any updates/pictures?
Also, how do you find the height of the tank/cabinet for doing maintenance etc?
