Hi all, I wondered if anyone else has had this problem. When I clean the filter, after turning power off I slide the flow lever to off, press the release button and remove the tap unit. Clean the filter and refill with water and replace the the tap unit. The problem I have is that, more often than not, although the unit seems to have snapped back securely in place the lever won't slide back at all. I have to replace the unit a number of times before it easily slides across. Is there some sort of lining up that I'm missing here? The lever's not tight at all when operated away from the main unit. Thanks

Be sure to lightly pull the red button out fully before swinging the lever back.

It sometimes doesn’t sit right. It may only be a mere 1-2mm in but if you force the lever over it can break the mechanism.
