Had this little tank left over, the previous occupants were a couple of goldfish who have now been rehomed in the Fluval Roma 125 until I can get round to building a raised pond in the garden.
The original light unit on the tank died and a replacement hood was a little under £50. So I ordered a 11 watt lamp from Hong Kong. The glass from an old picture frame was cut down to size and held in place with some greenhouse "z" clips with a slight modification.
Occupents
They're a pair of Betta albimarginata (White Seam Betta)
Filtration is provided by a small Supafish Aqua Flow Internal filter.
Substrate is silver sand, the middle is what was scooped out of a stream on Exmoor where the kids fish for tadpoles.
Plants are a clearance bundle. Wood is from another tank but had dried out hence the stone holding it down.
