Enough lighting?

Is 4x 58w t8 + 2 38w t8 enough lighing (plant wise) for 600l with a light to substrate distance of 65 cm?
I dont want anything fancy, and it will be without c02 (unless theres a practical way to do it?) Mainly just simple stems and low light mosses etc.

with that much light its fine, But if your going to have that much light without co2 your kinda asking for trouble. Thats what i reckon anyway, But there arte others more informed than me here, so waite around.

I thought light penetration was less in deeper tanks.
I Mainly want to keep some simple stems, lots of crypts and mosses.

I have just two 37w lights in my 2foot deep tank and it grows great, I also grow crypts and mosses fine. and stem to a good standard. along with some real hard species.
