I would just like to publicly thank Co2 Art for providing such great service.
Yesterday I emailed Karol because I had noticed that my UP inline diffuser was leaking (on closer examination I found a small crack in the plastic on the front of the diffuser). He replied promptly telling me that they would send out a replacement.
And first thing this morning, a brand new replacement pops through my door, along with a pre- paid postage stamp for me to send the faulty one back.
So in total, about 24 hours from me sending the first email, to receiving the replacement product.
Best experience I have had returning something via the internet!
