Fast & Easy Background Plant

Hi,

At the back of the aquarium I have vallis on one half & Bacopa caroliniana on the other half. The Bacopa caroliniana is doing great and is slowly getting higher and looks really lush. THe vallis looks horrible. Lots of brown dead bits and its falling apart. I use liquid CO2 as well as a D&D CO2 set. I've heard vallis doesn't like liquid CO2?

Can you recommend a fast growing background plant and that is fairly easy to medium in terms of keeping. I have 2 x 24w T5s.

Indeed, some vallis species don't react well to liquid carbon supliments. Have you seen Cyperus Helferi? Lovely plant and looks similar, though I prefer the leaf on Cyperus personally
