Hi,
At my workplace we have 2 and 5 kg they are around the same height 50/60 cm....i was actually thinking my next tank will be a 5kg as it will fit in my 20g stand where the 2 kg is now - just fatter!! Lol

I'd say 70 cm minimum, 75 cm for a comfortable (i.e. for ease of access) fit, as 5kg FEs are about 63.5 cm (just measured). I have nn ADA cabinet with an internal height of 64 cm and it doesn't really work despite just about fitting, I have to run it next to it.
